Shipping
BooART Kunstbemiddeling ensures safe and careful shipping of all artworks. Each piece is professionally packaged to prevent damage during transport. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of the status.
Return Policy
We only accept returns in case of damage during transport. If your artwork is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@booart.nl. Please include clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
If the return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the artwork. BooART Kunstbemiddeling will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the artwork and your preference.
Refunds are processed after approval of the return. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, as well as administrative costs associated with processing the return.
Exceptions
- Returns for reasons other than damage (such as change of mind) are not accepted.
- Artworks must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Damage caused by careless use is not covered by our return policy.
